    Ah, I've narrowly escaped having to perform at my music school recital, by having a Handel's Messiah performance conveniently on the same day. I won't be able to skip the spring recital though......

      It's not about "failure", my child, it's about THE JOY OF MUSIC! Have fun! (And cake: on the day before we always had to bake cake for ± 200 guests - more fun.)
