Lowry

Today I completely underestimated my 500mm. I was much too close for a picture of our new bridge. But then, suddenly, I saw all those matchstick men, wow! I never had "Bette Davis' eyes", but a bit of Lowry's, maybe?

Sunday I came back with the 70-210 Vivitar 1, to take the whole bridge - but I like the "Lowry" one better.
Both on foggy and scratchy FP3.

Back to the water

1 Meter higher today, but I got distracted by a young girl and a young gull - and a mallard who was afraid to get her feet wet!

Contre-jour

Well, because I'm really "addicted to light", there is ànd will be a lot more contre-jour on this blog, and on my Flickr Photostream; more Sigma600 is, for instance, below: 22 July-post Gee-orgee-ow!

It turns the wrong way of course, but at the moment I prefer it over the "easier" Canon 500 mirror - see post 16 January 2011.
